Thank you Melanie for this wonderful soundscape experience! Not only are you a great artist, but also a great narrator! This reminded me of the 1990’s audio-walks of the Canadian contemporary artist Janet Cardiff.
How lovely to join you on this sketchwalk. I loved having the pictures as well, to help me imagine the place, then filling in the gaps with my own memories of the south coast. Thank you! 💚

I wish I could see those Shetland ponies. So nice to join you on your search for the perfect sunny spot to draw. It made me realize that the journey is all part of the experience. You explore your surroundings instead of staying on a dry and well traveled path.
Love your knowledge of nature and your local area. So many bits of knowledge you share with us. Makes me wonder if I'm as wise of my area's natural features and going's on

Thanks Carol, I thought they certainly would be there (we had seen them recently a few days before) so it was a surprise to see the cows instead!
